Job description
As a Design Engineer you are responsible for the conception and development of our products. Your main task is the development and continuous improvement of our product range. You will create precise technical designs and drawings that will serve as the basis for our production and assembly. Your well-founded know-how contributes significantly to meeting our high quality standards. With your technical drawings and precisely prepared lists of components, you lay the foundation for the seamless production of our newly developed products.
This is what awaits you
- Creation of technical product drawings: You create, edit and update technical drawings and documentation for specific products, taking into account our quality standards.
- Product development: You design and develop technical solutions and prepare the corresponding production documents including lists of components in order to continuously optimize and expand our product range.
- Project and manufacturing planning support: You will work closely with our project team and manufacturing to ensure that all technical specifications are accurately implemented.
- Integration and functionality testing: You will assist in the integration of our products at the customer's site and be responsible for testing the functionality against the technical documentation.
- Attractive compensation: We reward your skills and commitment with above-average pay, including a 13th month's salary.

Working hours: Your weekly working hours are 40 hours and extend from 8:00 to 16:45.
Qualifications
You will inspire us with
- A completed apprenticeship in the technical field, preferably as a construction engineer, technical product designer, design engineer or comparable qualification
- Experience in using CAD software and in creating technical drawings with lists of components
- Experience in the construction of conveyor technology
- An independent, structured and careful way of working
- Team-oriented thinking, reliability and a high sense of responsibility
- The ability to identify technical challenges and find solutions
- Efficient time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities
